South Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, and Fort Mill
I run Google reviews for local shops.
You stay on the job. I set up a direct review link and the words your team sends to customers after each job. Each week I check what came in and draft the replies. Nothing goes up under your name until you approve it.
Fifteen minutes. No long contract. If I cannot help your shop, I will say so.
Why it matters
People read the reviews before they call.
A homeowner who needs a countertop, or any local job they cannot afford to get wrong, opens Google first. They read what recent customers said. A good shop with a quiet profile can lose that call to a shop that simply kept asking.
Reviews are one of the highest-return marketing moves a local service business can make. They keep working after the crew has left.
The hard part is the habit. The job is done, everyone is on to the next one, and the ask never goes out. Replies sit unwritten. The profile goes quiet.
That habit is what I run. I do not promise a review count, a rating, a ranking, or more revenue. I run the rhythm: ask, check, draft, report.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs.
-
We talk
A free 15-minute call. You tell me how a job ends and how you like to sound. I tell you whether this fits. If it does not, you will hear that plainly.
-
Your team sends the ask
I make a direct review link and write short messages in your voice. After each job, your team sends them to your own customers. I do not text, email, or call your customers. Setup is waived for founding clients.
-
I watch, you approve
Each week I check what came in. You get up to 10 reply drafts a month, and I send them to you first. Nothing is posted under your name until you approve it. Once a month you get a short report in plain language.
What is included
A simple system, done with you.
One shop. One location. Month to month, with no long contract.
You get a direct link to your Google review page, and request messages written for the way your shop talks. Your team sends those messages to customers you already have, after the work is done. The reviews come from those customers. I write the ask and the replies, not the reviews.
Each week I check the new reviews. You get up to 10 reply drafts a month, and you approve them before they go up. Once a month I send a simple report.
You will not get a guarantee of review counts, ratings, rankings, or revenue. You will get the work, on a schedule, from a person you can reach.
About
You will work with me.
I am Jason Oakes. I live in Charlotte, and I am a senior leader in corporate IT and security. RevuGraph is a passion project. I handle the marketing work I know how to do, so you can stay with the craft you know how to do.
You work with me. I learn how your shop talks, I keep the system small, and I stay with it.
I have already helped a local stone fabrication and install company with its Google reviews. I am starting with shops in that trade, because I know the pace of template days, install days, and homeowners waiting on a slab.
Later, if you want a careful second set of eyes on the rest of the technology in the business, we can talk. Reviews come first. The point is a long working relationship.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
- Who is this for?
- Owners of small local service businesses around south Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, and Fort Mill. I am starting with countertop and stone fabrication shops. If you run a different trade nearby, we can talk about it on the call.
- Do you contact my customers?
- No. I write the review-request messages. You or your team send them to your own customers after a job. I do not text, email, or call them.
- Who posts the replies?
- You get up to 10 reply drafts a month. You approve them. Nothing goes up under your name until you say so.
- Is there a contract?
- No long contract. It is month to month, for one location. Founding clients pay $79/month for the first three months, with setup waived, then $99/month.
- Will this put me at the top of Google?
- I do not guarantee review counts, ratings, rankings, or revenue. Reviews help a local shop get chosen. They are not a switch I can flip for you.
- What do we cover on the call?
- Fifteen minutes. How your jobs wrap up, how you talk to customers now, and whether a simple review rhythm would help. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
